I chose these speaker stands after reading all the other reviews of these stands, as well as those of other brands. I'm writing to tell you everything said is true --- these are solid, great-quality speaker stands. They are good looking, the base is nice and heavy and sturdy. They are easily put together (the bracket that your speaker will attach to is a little funky to put together, but nothing major). Finally, for the PRICE, it's not even a contest! These stands are half the price of their competitors, and I can't see how other stands could beat these. You can even run the speaker wire through the stands to hide it from view. A Solid "A" grade.
