Alright, let's start with the bad. I'll explain my reasons for the 3 star rating. One, I took a star away because the product was damaged when it was sent to me. This was minor damage that so far has not affected it's usability as far as I can tell. What was damaged was a thin square of vinyl that goes between the springs and the seat. It had a small (about 2 inch) gash in it. In no way do I hold Amazon accountable for this because as far as I can tell this was brand new and was not a open box buy. So, that's why I took a star away. Second, I took another star away because of Customer Service. There isn't any as far as I can tell. I contacted them through Email I found at their web site. I wanted to see if the warranty would cover it (which it definitely should have) or if they had a parts order form that I could buy the replacement part. Their reply was that they have no record of me buying this from them. So, I gather that buying from Amazon isn't covered. That's just stupid. I couldn't even get a parts order form from them to buy a replacement part. This, is truly unacceptable to me in today's world. I should have taken away 2 stars I was so furious. Ok, Now with the good. The fun factor of this product is excellent. It seems sturdy enough and is very comfortable. I have had it for about a month now. I have the Driving Force Pro by Logitech for it. The pedals, well, they fit on the plate but slide up. I tried using the velcro but, after only a few days the pedals had still started to slide up on the plate and was coming off the velcro. Maybe I get into the games to much. I have fixed for now with 2 screws but I won't go into that. It's very adjustable and like I said above is very comfortable. I would recommend this product if you like driving games. It's very fun and serves it's purpose very well. If your on the fence but have the cash, buy it. If yours turns out worse than mine you can always return it. Amazon's the best.
