We received one of these exact shelves as a gift, so when we needed more DVD space we went ahead and bought one ourselves. They look nice enough, BUT, the sides are not sturdy enough, or maybe the shelves are not long enough, the shelves will fall down and dump all the DVDS if you bump it. We are going to try to wood glue the sides to each of the shelves, because it seems the sides bow out a bit. We'll see if that works. But money was tight and it was the cheapest one I could find that held so much, so, overall if I was in a money crunch again I would buy it again.
